On the nose, I detect cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, sugar, and jasmine. A well-balanced whiskey, harmonizing floral notes, sweetness, and alcohol burn. A good portion of the sweetness comes from a coating of caramel, vanilla, and sugar. This sweetness blends nicely with the floral notes, concluding with a bit of alcohol burn and a return of slight sweetness. I truly enjoy this bourbon; it tastes great in old fashions!
