Shiner Craft Vodka is produced in Shiner, Texas, using a grain-to-glass method. This vodka is one of three spirits launched in May 2023 by K. Spoetzl Distillery, a new venture from the creators of Shiner Beer. The vodka is bottled at 40% ABV.

The aroma is more akin to white dog whiskey than vodka, primarily corn and alcohol with some barley and/or other grain and earthy undertones at the end. On the palate, it's remarkably smooth but with spicy notes, grains, roasted corn, and pepper, along with a smoky character. A long, burnt finish. Peculiar but intriguing.
Aroma of sweet corn, pronounced minerality, and cotton candy. It has a round mouthfeel and a sweet, candy-like entry. Slightly warm, but generally, this is a rather approachable vodka. The finish is brief and a little chalky.
