Juniper is immediately noticeable on the nose. A hint of citrus adds overall brightness to the aroma. The taste leans more into the citrus character, with piney sharpness playing a supporting role. There's also some sweetness in the gin, distinguishing it from the "London Dry" style. A decent gin for fruit-forward cocktails.
Smells of peppercorns, grapefruit, juniper, lemon, and corn. Tastes citrusy, peppery, like lemon/lime, juniper, and young whiskey. A spicy finish.
