About this bottle
SG Shochu, a brand from the SG Group founded by acclaimed bar figure Shingo Gokan, has debuted in the US following its initial launches in Japan (2020) and China (2021). This Mugi (barley) shochu is one of three expressions offered by the brand, each developed in partnership with a different shochu distillery in Kyushu, Japan. Five types of barley were utilized in its creation at Sanwa Shurui Co. Japanese shochu regulations permit only water to be added to the final product, meaning no sugar, coloring, or artificial flavors are included. (SRP $75)
