Seven Stills Distillery and Libertine Brewing Company collaborated on Seven Stills X Libertine: Stocking Stuffer. Founded in 2013 by Tim Obert and Clint Potter, Seven Stills is based in San Francisco. Libertine Brewing Company, from San Luis Obispo, provided a Wild Sour Stout for this project. The sour stout was distilled into whiskey and underwent double barreling, first in new American oak and then finished in barrels that previously held Libertine's sour beer. It is bottled at 47% ABV.
