Appearance: Medium brown/amber Smell: Unusual, earthy, with a hint of chocolate. Taste: Chocolate, coffee, and baking spices. Aftertaste: A little too warm for a 94 proof whiskey. Slightly bitter. Let it sit and air out. This spirit could have been improved by aging longer at the distillery. It might have reduced the bitterness. Consider trying this at a bar if you're feeling adventurous.

Excellent before or after a meal. Its complex yet approachable character comes from a dark, mineral profile.
