A wonderfully harmonious gin, among my top picks for direct sipping or in a G&T. It's impeccably fresh and dry, featuring just the right level of juniper, citrus, and floral elements. The botanicals are: juniper, coriander, lime peel, angelica root, rose petal, basil leaf, orange peel, licorice root, elderflower, cardamom, and aronia berry. Truly, the cost is the sole factor preventing me from purchasing every bottle available. ($50, online)
