About this bottle
Porter's Gin is the first gin to be produced in Aberdeen in a century. Three friends established it, aiming to craft a premium gin. They honored Andrew Porter, an Aberdeen University professor who facilitated their acquisition of a rotary evaporator still, allowing for the distillation of more delicate botanicals. This gin features a 100% British wheat grain spirit and twelve botanicals: juniper, angelica, almond, coriander, licorice, lemon, orange, buddha's hand, pink peppercorn, orris root, cassia bark, and cinnamon. Following maceration of the botanicals, the gin is distilled and bottled at 41.5% ABV.
