Santos Dumont XO Rum

A rich, aged Rum from Brazil, made from sugar cane honey and matured for at least six years in a blend of used Pedro Ximénez, Port, and bourbon casks. It begins with an aromatic and floral profile, featuring notes of liquid honey and pineapple. As it develops, rich notes of Cointreau, ripe plum, brown butter, and vanilla toffee emerge, leading to a warm and smooth conclusion with hints of caramel, coconut, chocolate, biscuit, and a touch of cassia spice.
