Maverick Whiskey, based in San Antonio, Texas, crafted this bourbon using a mash bill of 72% Texas-grown corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. Following distillation, it underwent at least 2 years of aging in new charred white oak barrels. This expression was released in November 2021, bottled at 57% ABV without chill filtration.
