This received one star simply because it was at least wet and contained alcohol. This is the worst-tasting bottle I've ever purchased! The distillers should be ashamed of themselves and their product! It tastes as though they put pieces of an old tire in the barrel. Go back to the drawing board or make vodka. Boo!

It definitely has a strong rye character. The flavor is complex but a bit confusing with a smoky finish. An adequate bottle only. It’s only worth half the $50 I spent. You never know until you try, as they say.
A deep and musty aroma. Corn and vanilla flavor, medium body with some yeasty or hoppy notes. An interesting combination, slightly sharp. Bear Gulch does it a little better.
Not very enjoyable. Dominated by a strong rye taste with little other flavor.
Strong initial taste, mellows with ice.
