This is an exceptional bottle. Purchased from a specific liquor store in Portland, ME. I genuinely appreciate all aspects of it. It exhibits a classic profile with caramel and oak notes. It drinks excellently at 110 proof, with a touch of honey in the taste that I thoroughly enjoy. It has a distinct spicy finish, and I wouldn't want that spice to be any stronger, but it doesn't burn; it's peppery. The finish is medium. I have no significant complaints. Well done.
