Rumbullion! XO 15 year old

A spiced rum crafted by Professor Cornelius Ampleforth in England, aged for at least 15 years in oak. It presents an aromatic beginning with hints of vanilla, fresh-cut orange, dark chocolate, ripe plums, and oak; followed by a rich and creamy middle with notes of candied peels, Seville orange marmalade, and a touch of blackberry; culminating in a long and intense end with notes of soft chamois leather, cedar wood, cinnamon, cloves, licorice, old-fashioned cola candies, bittersweet orange, and toasted oak.
