I bought this on a whim from a liquor store that had it on clearance for $10 a bottle. I took a chance, and this time it paid off completely! On both the palate and the nose, all I can say is WOW! Peaches and more peaches. Sweet. Very, very rich. Deep and full flavor. A truly excellent flavored brandy. This is excellent neat and is quite enjoyable after a meal served over a large ice cube. The standout use is to add about 1/2 ounce to an Old Fashioned made with a cask strength bourbon, replacing the simple syrup. It's incredible! I'm very happy I took a chance on this and I'll gladly pay $30 a bottle for the apricot and maybe one or two others. Recommended if you need a really well-made flavor enhancer for your cocktails.

It's affordable and pleasant. The peach flavor is robust, almost zesty, with only a moderate sweetness. It avoids the typical syrupy liqueur taste. Made with eau de vie from the same peaches used for flavoring, giving it a significant advantage over competitors who usually use neutral grain alcohol instead.
