Rossville Union Cask Strength 51% Rye Mash Bill

I found this bottle at Cork `N Bottle on the Kentucky side of the state line in the Cincinnati area, a fantastic store. It's a low rye Kentucky-style rye that drinks more like a bourbon. The aroma is clean, fruity, and yeasty. The palate follows suit with a sweet fruit pie and finishes with mint and pepper, fading nicely into sweet cinnamon pie crust. What a delight and a unique find.
