Aromatic profile is rich with chocolate, caramel, toasted nuts, and grains. It's full-bodied and provides a full mouthfeel on the initial taste. A slow warmth builds as it's consumed, revealing notes of char, vanilla, and continued caramel. This is excellent neat, and adding a cube of ice mellows the warmth and accentuates the vanilla and toasted nuts. Highly recommended.

A really nice pour. The nose has hints of citrus and berries with no alcohol presence. The palate has a wonderful creamy texture with caramel and oak. The finish features some mild oak that dissipates quickly but not unpleasantly. Truly quality spirit from a small producer; if you come across it, get it!
Considerably superior to their introductory bourbon. As previously mentioned, age is the sole factor preventing Rock Town from crafting exceptional bourbon. This particular bottling addresses that somewhat.
