J. Rieger & Co. in Kansas City, Missouri, is the location where Rock Chalk Straight Rye Whiskey was distilled, aged, and bottled. This limited edition was produced in collaboration with the University of Kansas and features its 1912 mascot, the Jayhawk, on the label. The whiskey is presented at 88 proof, referencing the 1988 NCAA KU Men's Championship. Released on March 10, 2022, only 6000 bottles are offered in Missouri and Kansas. The release includes the cheer "Rock Chalk, Jawhawk, KU!"
