Intrigued... A firm J. Rieger KC Whiskey base with the Oloroso Bota sherry on the front end. Palpable bitterness from walnuts and a slick mouthfeel create a compelling pour. It's curious in mixed drinks; it doesn't work for a Boulevardier but excels in a Godfather.

I must have received a flawed bottle. I sampled this three times, and two other individuals also tried it. We all reached the same conclusion. This is terrible. I essentially wasted $100. It's unclear what went wrong, as the whiskeys from Rieger are typically quite good.
I'm not sure if my bottle was flawed, but it reminds me of my grandmother's dusty attic.
Incredibly smooth. The aroma is fantastic, with a subtle taste of wine.
