Frank Taylor 3.0

It's acceptable. A decent sipper, but lacking distinction. It's a standard middle-of-the-road rye, presenting the typical vanilla and dried fruit notes found in most ryes or high-rye bourbons. I've realized I bought this bottle at a significant discount from its usual price (over $40). Even at the reduced price I paid, I wouldn't buy it again, and certainly not at full cost.

Anika Longoria 5.0

A friend shared this with us. It has subtle maple notes with hints of vanilla and clove. Very smooth. I enjoyed it neat and in cocktails. I feel it warrants a higher rating.

Aurelia Fair 3.0

It's quite similar to bourbon, this rye. The spice isn't overwhelming, and there's plenty of vanilla. It works well served neat or in a mix.

Brooklynn Griffin

Seriously underestimated. It's excellent on the rocks and also performs very well in mixed drinks. Only worth buying when it's on sale.

Brooke Richard 2.0

Excessively expensive. It would be great at $30, but that would put it in competition with other offerings from the same distillery.

Rachael Lerma 3.8

Vanilla cream, robust American light toasted oak, spicy, earthy rye flavor with a moderate burn.
