An intense, Collector Cask Series Rum from Traveller Liquors in Belize City, Belize, is directly from cask to bottle. It underwent double distillation in June 2006, aged in charred oak casks for 12 years before being bottled in September 2018 at 65.2% ABV with only 251 bottles produced. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of bananas, coffee cake, coffee with milk, cut grass, citrus blossom, and sugared almonds; a rich and bold middle adds notes of dried mango, brown sugar, herbs, and red fruits; concluding with a long and balanced finish featuring notes of salted caramel, mint, and green apples.
