About this bottle
Solstice Expression marks the completion of Revivalist Gin’s seasonal offerings. Like all of their gins, Douglas Fir wash backs are used for fermentation, and the spirit is finished in hybrid CARL copper pot/column stills. To warm against winter nights, ginger and anise are included, along with an uncommon infusion of dried cherry. Prior to bottling, the spirit rests in oak barrels that previously held red wine.
