About this bottle

Exclusively for The Whiskey Exchange, Redbreast presents this single cask bottling. The whiskey is crafted in the traditional single pot still method, blending malted and unmalted barley. It was distilled on April 2, 1999, and matured for 16 years and 147 days in a 500-litre oloroso sherry butt. Cask number 30087, sourced from Antonio Paez Cooperage in Spain, was seasoned with oloroso sherry for two years before use. Bottled at 59.9% ABV without chill-filtration, only 576 bottles were produced.
