Redbreast Dream Cask Double Cask Edition 30 Year marks the fifth annual release for World Whisky Day. For the 2022 edition, Master Blender Billy Leighton selected a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt laid down in May 1990, while Blender Dave McCabe chose a first-fill bourbon cask filled in November 1991. These two single pot still whiskeys were married and bottled without chill filtration at 56.9% ABV, with only 714 bottles produced.
