A Small Batch Rum from Red Hare Brewing & Distilling in Marietta, Georgia. It was made by aging their White Rum in recently emptied Bourbon barrels for at least 1 year before bottling at 50% ABV. It starts with aromatic notes of sugarcane, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices. The rich character adds notes of peach cobbler and S'mores, leading to a medium-length, balanced finish with notes of oak, gingerbread, nutmeg, toasted almonds, and campfire. May 2024
