A limited-production barrel-aged rum from Red Hare Brewing & Distilling in Marietta, Georgia, made by aging their White Rum in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels before bottling at 42% ABV. Its aroma presents sugarcane, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices; its rich character adds notes of candied apples, caramel, and honeyed graham crackers; concluding in a balanced, medium-length finish with hints of oak, brown sugar, and toasted almonds.
