Rare Perfection Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey 12yr Lot 2

This does not possess the same smoothness as the 14-year expression, which ranks among my most cherished whiskeys. It offers pleasant sweet notes of caramel and vanilla, but concludes with a more aggressive finish accompanied by a slight ethanol bite. I would much prefer to allocate funds towards the 14 or 15-year expressions.

Sweet corn notes... vanilla, caramel.. a hint of ethanol in the finish. Significantly less impressive than the 14 and 15-year-old expressions.
