Barrel IRT-35, 117.32 proof. Aged 4 years and 11 months. Distilled in Indiana, aged in Tennessee. The nose has notes of caramel and banana, with hints of honey walnut, slight sweetness, vanilla oak, and a subtle herbal flavor; it feels oily. The mouthfeel is good. The finish is long with notes of dill and spearmint.
