This is the fourth offering in Rabbit Hole's Founder's Collection series, launched in June 2022. It consists of ten high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon whiskeys, selected by Founder & Master Distiller Kaveh Zamanian, which matured for fifteen years in new, charred oak barrels. Following this, they were finished for an additional year in new French oak barrels. This bottling is presented at a cask strength of 57.9% ABV, with only 1,115 individually numbered bottles produced.

Absolutely outstanding. This time, I compared it against itself blind, using a copita versus a glencairn glass. After about 30 minutes, the aroma was noticeably different, but the taste was the same.
Toasted marshmallow, sugary wood, and dark fruit notes. Delightful. Quite easy to drink. A premium bottle, for sure.
