About this bottle
Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin starts as a sourced London Dry gin, incorporating botanicals like angelica, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, orris root, and juniper. The Kentucky distillery then ages this gin in used Kentucky straight rye barrels for a period of 9 to 12 months. Introduced in April 2020, this new presentation and label supersedes the prior Rabbit Hole London Dry Gin Kentucky Rye Finish bottle.

The description mentioned honeysuckle. It was very smooth and less bitter than most gins I've sampled.
The lemon flavor in this is quite remarkable. It's very sweet and light. It would be fantastic in a mixed drink.
Lemon-prominent, strong botanicals, rye spices. Surprisingly pleasant.
Notes of spice Botanical No hint of juniper
