The Greenall's Distillery, founded by the Greenall family, holds the distinction of being the oldest continuously operating London Dry Gin distillery, with gin production commencing in 1761. This particular expression, released in 2003, utilizes a recipe originally created by the Greenall family for their private gin collections. It is made using a neutral grain spirit that is distilled three times. Subsequently, seven botanicals – juniper berries, angelica, coriander seeds, cubeb berries, lavender, lime oil, and lotus leaves – are infused into the gin through two additional distillations. This gin is presented at 40% ABV.
