About this bottle

Bourbon Spring by Quincy Street Distillery is named for a nearby spring where the Cook Count Militia was formed in 1834, leading to a bourbon-fueled celebration. The mash bill consists of 83% corn, 9% barley malt, and 8% rye malt. This spirit is bottled at 44% alcohol by volume following a maturation period of three to five months in small 5 to 15-gallon barrels.

Brock Winston 5.0

This 'baby' bourbon packs a powerful punch, in the best way. It's an excellent addition to any cocktail requiring a boost from the whiskey category. With smoky notes that mellow into smooth caramel, it's fantastic for cocktails that benefit from whiskey notes that enhance rather than dominate.

Ali Ayres

This is unlike any bourbon I've ever sampled. I appreciate the robust notes of oak and caramel. This bourbon would be exceptional in an Old Fashioned.

Kristine Conner 5.0

The best of the young whiskeys coming out of the Midwest. A little smokey from the barrel and a lot of vanilla.

Emmanuel Newsome 3.3

Consume with ice.
