Pursuit United Rye - The Oak Collection

Rye whiskey isn't my preference. It comes across as quite rubbery and oily generally. Similar to the high-rise basil hayden. Likely other ryes too. The Sherry provides a pleasant sweet dark cherry note in the base. It becomes more appealing as it sits with hints of cinnamon and rose water.
