I usually try any double oaked expression I encounter. This one has a soft and sweet aroma, with light coffee and cocoa notes. The palate was smooth, showing more sweetness, a buttery texture, subtle oak, and a slightly dry finish that's medium in length. 54% ABV is just right for me. It's easy and enjoyable.
Seelbachs Day 3: A buttery caramel aroma. Butterscotch with some fruitiness. Pleasantly warming.
Nose: Notes of toffee or burnt caramel and vanilla. Taste: Spicy and toasty with buttery, oaky, and nutty undertones.
