Purity Nordic Dry Organic Gin

This Purity Distillery London Dry Gin, created by Master Distiller Stefan Magnusson, is crisp, organic, and gluten-free. It comes from Sweden and is made with estate-grown winter wheat and barley. The spirit is slowly distilled 34 times in a unique copper still located at the historic 13th-century Ellinge Castle. The botanicals used include juniper, thyme, basil, blueberry, lingonberry, coriander, lavender, cardamom, and angelica. It begins aromatically with hints of berries, herbs, and spices. The middle palate is somewhat creamy, offering notes of citrus and herbs, before concluding with a dry, silky finish of moderate duration. January 2024
