About this bottle
Puerto Angel rums are made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice at a distillery in Mexico's Oaxaca mountain region. The juice is fermented and then pot-distilled. The Blanco expression is aged for six months in used bourbon barrels before a final blending and bottling. Puerto Angel has obtained USDA Organic Certification due to the company's stringent production methods.
