Sidney Dubose 4.0

An elegant, small batch blend of Speyside & Highland Single Malts, aged in former Bourbon barrels. The whiskies range from 4 to 8 years old, with 6,000 bottles released at 47% ABV. It starts with an aromatic profile of grain, fruits, wood, and spices. The rich & spicy character then reveals notes of barley, green apples, stewed apricots, lemon curd, cane sugar, caramel, white pepper, and winter spices. It concludes with a balanced, medium-length finish of peppery malt, lemonade, dark roasted coffee, and foamy seaweed. December 2022

Maci Rincon 2.8

The aroma is quite thick and fruit-forward, bringing to mind a sugary red wine. The taste is extremely sweet, dominated by caramel and vanilla, with an oily character. The finish is exceptionally mellow, with the oily sensations being the primary element that remains.

Wendi Burgos 2.8

Sweetened grain on the nose. The taste is sweet and warm, concluding with a slightly bitter finish.

Rickie England 1.0

Aroma of honey and fruit, with a taste that suggests a culinary mishap

Stephan Sewell 3.0

[Flaviar] Offers a rich, buttery character alongside spicy nuances and a hint of vanilla.

Basil Adams 2.0

I'm not usually a big scotch drinker, but this was smoother and less peaty than I anticipated.
