Prairie Organic Vodka

Mostly neutral aroma with subtle sweet floral notes, a neutral initial body, gradually increasing in mild sweetness, hints of toasted grains and floral honey, with a slowly developing pleasant burn, a silky smooth viscous mouthfeel, and a smooth clean light burn finish. Tasted chilled in a sampler glass.

I generally feel neutral about vodka, though I do enjoy Tito's in a Bloody Mary. I recently tried this at a local market and purchased a bottle. I like drinking it straight with a single ice cube. It has a pleasant corn or grain flavor and a smooth finish. It's almost too refined to use in mixed drinks.

It feels smooth on the palate and has a moderate sweetness, a touch of spice, and a gentle warmth at the finish that signals its alcoholic nature. It pairs exceptionally well with tonic; crafting a pre-mixed drink with it would be a brilliant idea!

I generally only drink vodka neat for evaluation purposes, but based on my limited experience, this is the closest to enjoyable on its own. It's smooth, with floral and clean flavors.

A vodka with genuine personality. A pleasantly sweet, nutty, and corn-forward flavor. I truly enjoy this. I typically prefer Tito's, but this vodka is excellent both neat and as a mixer.

Medicinal and metallic. Strong alcohol taste. Undrinkable
