Portobello Road Gin's Director's Cut No.02 utilizes peat-smoked juniper berries from County Kerry, Ireland. Master Distiller Jake Burger created this chipotle-smoked gin by distilling a neutral grain spirit with 11 botanicals, including chipotle and Lapsang Souchong. A total of 1,000 bottles were produced over four days, from September 2 to 5, commemorating the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of London.
