A collectible beverage bearing the historical name of Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan, previously known as Petrovsk from 1857 to 1921. It's produced from brandy spirits aged in barrels for a minimum of 25 years. Grape variety: Rkatsiteli. Color: a beautiful dark amber. Nose: complex, delicate, with characteristic vanilla-chocolate notes, alongside resinous undertones and enanthic ester. Taste: layered, with distinctive vanilla-bronze-chocolate notes and the presence of resinous floral hints. Food pairings: this brandy is an excellent digestif. It pairs perfectly with desserts, fresh fruits, and coffee. Serving temperature: 20-22 °C.
