A perfect example. Among the finest I've sampled. It features a pleasant, gentle peat, offering sweetness without being overpowering. The texture is oily, coating the palate and leaving a lasting impression. It evokes a dessert-like quality, reminiscent of exquisite crystallized lemon paired with fresh, sweet cream.
