Overall: A robust, peaty spirit with a surprisingly gentle side. Color: Light amber Nose: A strong hit of brine, peat, citrus, hay, freshly cut grass, grilled bell peppers, butter, and mint. Adding water sweetens it slightly. Body: Thick and oily. Taste: Buttery peat, salt, and the remnants of a fire. It's intense and unified at first, but mint and vanilla appear over time. Water brings out more spice and some wood notes. Finish: A long, hot, spicy surge with a very subtle vanilla that lingers for a considerable duration.

Very pronounced peat, as expected, with a pleasant oily undertone, spicy, and savory. The finish is remarkable, especially with a little water added – the smoke softens, revealing a nice sweet peat. A very long, peaty finish.
