Planteray Guyana 2007, also known as Guiana Dolphin, is one of six limited edition rums in Planteray Rum's "Under the Sea" Vintage Collection No. 2. Each rum in the collection showcases a local marine animal on its packaging. The spirits are distilled and aged in their country of origin before undergoing Plantation's signature double aging process with an additional maturation period in southwest France. This 2007 Guyana vintage is a blend of rums from three historic stills, including the Port Mourant double wooden pot still. The rum was first aged for 13 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then spent an additional 2 years aging in France. The label depicts a Guiana dolphin. Production was limited to 21 casks.
