An excellent sipper and a surprisingly dry Demerara. Notes of raisins and molasses with a pleasant hint of both on the aroma. I think I can also detect a touch of chocolate. Imagine the 12, 15, and 21 year El Dorado you know, but drier and significantly less sweet, and there you have it. A delight to drink.
