Planteray Fiji 2009 (Clown Fish)

Part of Planteray Rum's "Under the Sea" Vintage Collection No. 2, this limited edition bottling features a local marine animal on its label. Like the other six rums in the collection, this Fiji bottling was distilled and aged in its country of origin before undergoing Plantation's signature double aging process in southwest France. The Rum Co. of Fiji Distillery produced this rum exclusively in pot stills. It spent an initial 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by an additional 3 years of aging in France. A clown fish adorns the label. Only 25 casks were produced, with US availability beginning in May 2023 (SRP $80).
