(Virtual Premium Whisky Tasting, June 19th, 2021). Nose: Light, floral, notes of orchard fruit. Hints of dried fruit and mild spice. Palate: Warm, with dried fruit, toffee/caramel, and herbal notes. Finish: Medium-long. Earthy, ginger, leather, toffee, powdered sugar, and caramel. The aftertaste is very dry and woody. 1 of 4,976 bottles produced. This is a classic, fruity, and earthy dram. The nose is lighter than the palate, and the aftertaste is quite dry. It has a cake-like quality to it. An enjoyable whisky to contemplate. It ranked second out of six drams, with 38% of the votes for favorite of the night. 88% of attendees indicated they enjoyed it.

Nose: Buttery, almost chardonnay-like. A fresh loaf of toasted sourdough. Just a little bit of cinnamon powder and a tinge of citrus peel. Also, a hint of funky orchard aroma. Palate: A creamy malty thickness coats the palate. Followed by a buttered croissant with a little fruity plum jam note. Finish: Caramelized sugar and citrus
Excellent lingering flavor.
