Undiluted: The initial aroma is heavily dominated by cotton candy, followed by vanilla and pancakes. Very sweet on the palate, with some earthy oak notes. The sweetness consists of honey, pancakes, perhaps a touch of burnt caramel, all arriving simultaneously. Enjoyable, drinks much smoother than its 117 proof suggests, quite pleased with it.

Named for a racehorse and it certainly has a strong impact. Toffee is the most prominent flavor I'm getting from this, intense on the nose and the tongue. A lot of maple as well. It truly hits you powerfully in a good way. Not an easy drink to sip casually but I don't regret it. Hints of brine, sawdust, and popcorn on the finish. A fantastic dram!
Quite potent, with decent flavor. Not terrible overall.
Rich, smooth, smoky... Truly outstanding.
Cherry, sweet, with oak notes.
