Remarkable, a personal favorite. Abundant flavor and complexity are well-balanced. Nothing is excessive or insufficient. When I desire a subtly spicy whiskey with full flavor that isn't overly woody, this is my choice. For comparison, Noah's Mill offers more oak, a fuller and more complex profile, and a slightly creamier texture, though at times it's too intense for me. However, both are similar and rank among my top bourbons.
