Taste: All the aromas carry through, offering a bright and warm experience, reminiscent of fresh blueberry pie. Finish: Cinnamon and baking spice. Overall: Very pleasant and intriguing flavors that unfold as you drink it. It's a bourbon that invites thoughtful sipping. The earthy notes are quite unique; while not something I'd want in every bourbon, it works well here. Definitely recommended. Score: 4/5

I found it quite agreeable, well-balanced, and smooth. It's an excellent choice for an after-dinner drink at a restaurant. Priced under $80, it's entirely worthwhile.

Nose: Fragrant and citrusy, with specific lemon notes. Taste: Tart and oaky. Finish: Decent to slightly above average, providing warmth without being overpowering.

Smooth, but the flavor isn't for me. Overall above average with a good finish, but I don't like the flavor. Almost peaty/scotch-like.

Rate it "poor," sour aftertaste and not very smooth, better used as a cooking bourbon for glazed salmon or something

This strongly brings to mind Castle and Key, sharing a similar doughy, vanilla, and oak flavor.
