Penelope Architect Build No. 5

I detect the hay and honey aroma I associate with Penelope, along with some vanilla, floral notes, seasoned oak, and rye. The palate has sweet bread, vanilla, apple, caramel, and clover honey, with touches of cinnamon and pepper at the edges. A smooth finish with peppery oak. Well-balanced and effectively masks its 104 proof.

Solid flavor. The initial burn is significant, but it's pleasant as it goes down
