Penelope's limited edition 7 Year Barrel Strength Bourbon is a combination of straight bourbons from four different mash bills, resulting in an overall mash bill of 70% corn, 23% rye, 5% malted barley, and 2% malted rye. It is bottled directly from the barrel without chill-filtration. With a minimum age of seven years, this release features both an increased age statement and a higher proof compared to earlier versions. It is bottled at 115.2 proof (57.6% ABV), with production limited to 13,000 six-pack cases, available in select markets starting February 2026. The suggested retail price is $59.99.
